These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and our customers (“you”, “the customer”). By purchasing a plan, booking a job, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Our Role as a Collection & Administration Agent

Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd acts solely as a collection and administration agent. We manage customer payments, service plans, and communication on behalf of independent, fully qualified engineers and subcontractors (“service providers”). All repair, maintenance, and installation work is carried out by these independent subcontractors, not directly by Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd.

2. Subcontractors and Workmanship

We only work with carefully vetted and qualified subcontractors, many of whom are Gas Safe registered for gas-related work and certified for plumbing and heating services. While we arrange and administer the service, the subcontractor performing the work is responsible for the quality, completion, and safety compliance of all work undertaken. Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd is not responsible for delays, workmanship issues, or damage caused by subcontractors. Any concerns should be raised directly with the attending engineer, although we will assist in resolving disputes where reasonable.

3. Service Coverage

Our service plans cover various levels of boiler, heating, plumbing, and drainage protection. Coverage details are described in your selected plan (e.g., Bronze, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond). Plans may include annual boiler servicing, boiler breakdown repair, central heating cover, plumbing and drainage assistance, and gas safety checks.

4. Payments & Collections

All payments are collected by Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd on behalf of subcontractors via Stripe, Direct Debit, or card payment. You authorise Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd to manage payments, invoices, and renewals. Missed or failed payments may result in plan suspension or cancellation.

5. Service Appointments

Once your booking or plan is active, an approved subcontractor will contact you to confirm an appointment. Appointments are subject to availability and may be affected by demand or emergencies. If a subcontractor is delayed, we will notify you promptly.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting office@bpcxperts.com. Refunds will be considered where no service has been provided during the current payment period. If work has been completed, the cost of that visit will be deducted from any refund due. We reserve the right to cancel cover for missed payments, fraudulent information, or service abuse.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure safe access to your property, that your system is in reasonable condition, and that accurate information is provided. If work cannot be completed due to poor access or incorrect details, a call-out charge may apply.

8. Exclusions (Detailed List)

General Exclusions

  • Pre-existing faults or damage
  • Neglect, misuse, or unauthorised work
  • Non-plumbing or non-heating issues
  • Sludge, scale, or corrosion
  • Frozen pipes, limescale, or poor installation
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Fire, flood, storm, explosion, or vandalism
  • Work to meet updated regulations

Boiler & Heating Exclusions

  • Boilers over 15 years old or beyond economical repair
  • Manufacturer defects or discontinued parts
  • Radiators, valves, or unrelated pipework
  • Unvented systems or underfloor heating (unless included)
  • Powerflushing unless purchased separately

Plumbing Exclusions

  • Obsolete or unavailable parts
  • Appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.)
  • Frozen pipes unless burst
  • External or shared drainage blockages

Drainage Exclusions

  • Root intrusion or collapsed drains
  • Misuse (wipes, grease, nappies)
  • Shared/communal drains
  • Rainwater drains or guttering

Other Exclusions

  • Consequential damage (floors, décor, etc.)
  • Loss of earnings or inconvenience
  • Costs of gaining access (tiles, flooring, cabinetry)
  • Claims during the 14-day cooling-off period

9. Liability Disclaimer

Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd will not be liable for indirect losses, subcontractor delays, workmanship issues, or supplier delays. Our role is limited to administration, booking, and payment collection.

10. Communication & Complaints

All communication should be sent to office@bpcxperts.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If you have a complaint about a subcontractor, we will mediate but are not legally liable for subcontractor performance.

11. Annual Service Visits

If your plan includes an annual boiler service, we will contact you to arrange it. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are up to date. Failure to book does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Renewals & Plan Changes

Plans renew automatically based on your subscription. We may update terms or pricing with 30 days’ notice. You may cancel anytime if you do not agree with new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Customer Agreement & Disclaimer: By signing up, subscribing, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that Boiler & Plumbing Cover Experts Ltd acts only as a collection and administration agent. All on-site work is performed by independent subcontractors, who are responsible for workmanship and completion.
